Unblocking the Abilitie Domain

Unblocking a domain makes it a ‘safe’ website within your company’s firewalls. It allows access by a large volume of individuals without the risk of the site being flagged or blocked due to security concerns.

Without unblocking the abilitie.com domain, each program will run a significant risk of being disrupted, possibly leading to the simulation experience becoming unusable for players.

Please note that only your internal IT department can unblock our entire domain. Please request a “domain unblock of “*.abilitie.com” for 1 year” from the date of the program and send this document to provide further detail.

Please verify with your IT group that our Abilitie domain has been wildcarded or the domain unblocked at least five business days before the start of the program.

Do we need to issue a domain unblock (all subdomains) for Abilitie.com?

Each of our programs will automatically create an Abilitie subdomain for your company, such as client14.abilitie.com. The unique subdomain will be specific to that delivery, region of the world, and time/date.

Without unblocking the wildcard domain, we run the risk that a unique program URL could be missed, as it may be updated at the last moment by Abilitie.
